Can Arsenal or Chelsea catch up with Manchester United in the Premier League table?

The last match for both teams saw the terrible British weather being the only winner, when it forced the Arsenal v Stoke and Chelsea v Manchester United Premier Leagues games (amongst others) to be cancelled.
